From internet page.

“MANCHESTER 2022 (Uxbridge 1681)” and “GLASGOW 2022 (Uxbridge 1682)” are also popular 2022 revival “The Rhapsody Tour” reports. Introducing the third big 4-disc set.
The two performances at the same venue were imbued with this work. This is the best audience recording of “June 6th + 9th, 2022 London O2 Arena Performance”. The concept of “the same venue set of the same recorder” is the same as the previous two works, but unlike Manchester and Glasgow, which had two performances each, a huge concert of 11 performances was held in London. Which day was this work recorded? Let’s check the position on the schedule together with the previous two works.

● Adam’s solo
・ April 28-May 6: North America (6 performances)
● QUEEN + Adam
・ May 27 + 28: Belfast (2 performances)
・ May 30 “MANCHESTER 2022 (DISC 1-2)”
・ May 31 “MANCHESTER 2022 (DISC 3-4)”
・ June 2 “GLASGOW 2022 (DISC 1-2)”
・ June 3 “GLASGOW 2022 (DISC 3-4)”
・ June 4: Platinum Jubilee appearance
・ June 5: London O2 performance
・ June 6: London O2 performance ← ★ This work DISC 1-2 ★
・ June 8: London O2 performance
・ June 9: London O2 performance ← ★ This work DISC 3-4 ★
・ June 11 + 12: Birmingham (2 performances)
・ June 14-21: London (6 performances)
・ June 24-July 25: Europe (18 performances)

This is the 2022 schedule that has been announced so far. Their London performance started with “Platinum Jubilee”, the 70th anniversary concert of Queen Elizabeth, and “4 performances + 6 performances at O2 Arena” with 2 performances in Birmingham in between. This work was the concert that corresponded to the 2nd and 4th performances in the first half.
This work, which is a vacuum-packed version of these two performances, is a neat and dynamic recording that is similar to the previous two performances. As a matter of fact, it is natural to understand. All three works (6 performances) this time are also works by the same recorder. Of course, even if the recorder / equipment is the same, the venue and position are different. Therefore, even if the sound orientation is similar, the taste is slightly different for each performance.
Then how is it different? “MANCHESTER 2022” was a sound specializing in “sounding dynamism” and “GLASGOW 2022” was a sound specializing in “penetrating clearness”, but this work is a brand of “on-direct feeling”. Vocals are especially wonderful.
This density is jam-packed and almost audible to the soundboard. To be precise, you can feel the sound of the hall (slightly) in the performance sound, and the loud cheers that spread far and far are real (the big chorus unique to your home country is also a goosebumps-class moving thing). In that sense, you can enjoy the dynamism of “MANCHESTER 2022”, but Adam’s vocals on it are unusually tight. No, not only Adam but also Brian and Roger’s singing voices are ruthlessly clear and direct, and the chorus work is intertwined and the feeling of separation that does not mix is tremendous. It’s a superb sound that makes you forget the fact that it’s an audience recording while you’re immersed in it.
The latest “The Rhapsody Tour” full 2 performances are drawn with such a sound board-like beauty recording. The contents of the set are the same as the previous two works, so let’s just organize them.

70’s (15 songs)
Sheer Heart Attack: Now I’m Here / Killer Queen / In The Lap of the Gods … Revisited

・ A Night at the Opera: I’m In Love With My Car / Love of My Life / ’39 / Bohemian Rhapsody
・ Jazz: Don’t Stop Me Now / Bicycle Race / Fat Bottomed Girls (★)
・ Others: Seven Seas of Rhye / Somebody To Love / Tie Your Mother Down / We Will Rock You / We Are The Champions
Since the 1980s (12 songs)
・ The Works: Tear It Up (★) / Hammer to Fall / I Want To Break Free / Radio Ga Ga
・ Others: Another One Bites the Dust / Crazy Little Thing Called Love / Under Pressure / A Kind Of Magic (★) / Who Wants To Live Forever / I Want It All / These Are the Days of Our Lives (★) / The Show Must Go On
* Note: “★” marks are songs that were not performed at the 2020 performance in Japan.

It is a 4-disc set that will be the latest in the same recorder collection following “MANCHESTER 2022” and “GLASGOW 2022”, and will be the final version of the series. Compared to the previous two works that could be declared “Manchester perfect” and “Glasgow complete”, this work lacks a sense of determination as two performances out of 11 performances. Therefore, the release of this work was not planned at the beginning. However, that was just an image. The sound that actually arrived was arguably the best in the series. The true hit appears at the end. A 4-disc set of Todome that embodies such an overkill theory. Please enjoy it to your heart’s content!

★ The best audience recording of “June 6th + 9th, 2022 London O2 Arena Performance”. The third edition of the same recorder collection as the popular “MANCHESTER 2022 (Uxbridge 1681)” and “GLASGOW 2022 (Uxbridge 1682)”. As for the sound, this work is the best masterpiece, and the on-direct feeling is tremendous. Especially great is the vocals, which are not only beautiful, but also densely packed, almost audible to the soundboard. It is a 4-disc set of Todome that embodies the theory of “Shinjitsu appears at the end”.
