Comments:	The first bootleg I found of this complete Los Angeles Forum recording. I'm not sure how many copies exist of this bootleg. Recorded by Mike Millard which recorded a lot of concert in USA in the seventies & eighties early. You can read a story written by James Cook in The Kernel Issue from 2013. I don't have this bootleg, but it's look's nice. This is absolutely a recording to go for.
