Review from internet.

"JAZZ JAPAN TOUR 1979" boasted the largest scale even in the history of QUEEN 's arrival in Japan. The best album that Osaka edition saves the whole two permanent permanently appears.
Such work included in "19 April 1979 + 20: Osaka Festival Hall" performance.
It is a 4 sheet set audience set that brushed up the traditional name recording. Aside from anything, the position of the show first. At our shop we archive the Japan tour which caught the popularity of Japan popularity by many masterpieces, but let's organize that collection on a schedule.

· April 13: Nippon Budokan "BUDOKAN 1979 1ST NIGHT"
· April 14: Nippon Budokan "BUDOKAN 1979 2ND NIGHT"
· April 19: Osaka Festival Hall 【this work disc 1-2】
· April 20: Osaka Festival Hall 【this work disc 3-4】
· April 21: Practice Ethics Memorial Hall
· April 23: Nippon Budokan "PRIDE AND JOY"
· April 24: Nippon Budokan
· April 25: Nippon Budokan "BUDOKAN 1979" This gig was professional filmed.
· April 27: Kobe Central Gymnasium "Kobe 1979"
· April 28: Nagoya International Exhibition Hall "THE PLEASURE CHEST"
· April 30 + May 1: Fukuoka Kyushu Gymnasium "MEMORIAL GYM"
· May 2: Yamaguchi prefectural gymnasium
· May 5th + 6th: Makomanai Ice Arena
※ Note: Only for masterpieces on each day.

Over all, 15 performances. QUEEN's Japan tour is about 8.3 times on average, and it is clear from schedule how the popularity of the time was overwhelming. Among them, the Osaka performance is a two-day continuous performance at the festival hall, and this work is a live album containing both of them.
It is exactly a 4-sheet set that summarizes "1979 Osaka", but its quality is also a monument. As a matter of fact, the recording itself has been known for a long time, and it can be traced back to the traditional masterpiece "ZOOM 1979". But the quality is different. We corrected the pitch which was late compared to the real performance perfectly, and also eliminated hiss noise. Of course, careful attention was paid so that the performance sound is not affected, and I reprinted the sound which was roaring in the festival hall 40 years ago faithfully.
There was also "ULTIMATE DREAMER" of the same concept once, but this work is more accurate. The outline is clear until 1 sound 1 tone, skima between musical instruments is brilliant. By rearranging the sound image the stereo feeling has been born dynamically. While cherishing the beauty of the original ringing, although it has not changed to "a completely different thing" due to the mastering that draws out the possibility of the recording itself, surely the highest peak is updated definitely.

Actually, the more I can not change, the better the recording. Above all, it is a wonderful core. It cuts space and jumps straight to hand, and bass sound that tends to be weak in audience recording is also powerful. Moreover, the sense of stability is superb. Although it is plenty of power that draws close to Gui Gui, it is glossy without fear even if it becomes Fortesimo. At the same time, Japanese MC such as Freddie's "Combah! Ikagadesca? We Ha Osaka Nimata Come Lette Joy Sydes" and Brian's "Joko watching Emasuka? Yokogawa Koemasuka?" Are clearly not missing a single syllable. It is a name recording that pierces it for the entire 2 days.
It is wonderful just for that performance sound, but it is beautiful until the peak of the culm is so beautiful. To tell the truth, there are lots of cheer for calling it "as if it is an official", but its sense of era is amazing. Yellow voice is Caca ciaa. There is no immediate voice, the youthfulness of the voice given to that stroke every time, although there is a balance that is pushed out from the QUEEN side because the performance sound is too strong, the sense of perspective that is boiling away from the back of the venue. And the seas of clapping not stopping forever, aligning with the wishful sexuality of the 1970s ...... There is also a wonderful thing at all. It is Japan's popularity that was booming ahead of the world from the first visit to Japan, but in 1979 it was also Todome. It is also a document / album that you can feel with it as a skin sensation.
It is enthusiastic as much as this enthusiasm, and the show that stirs back can not be bad. It is a feeling like "Osaka edition of LIVE KILLERS", but it is also changing the set as well as two consecutive performances at the same venue. Let's organize songs that can not be heard even with the traditional official live album "LIVE KILLERS".

● April 19 (first day: Disc 1-2)
"Somebody To Love" "Fat Bottomed Girls" "It's Late"
● April 20 (2nd day: Disc 3-4)
"We Will Rock You (slow)" "Somebody To Love" "If You Can not Beat Them" "Take a Hand" "It's Late"

Some songs are covered in two days, but the second day I want to pay particular attention. On the first day we will start at the usual "We Will Rock You", but on the second day it starts with that rhythm and restarts with the fast version. It will also show off "If You Can not Beat Them" which is not on the first day. More than that is "hold hands". It is a promised song that should be said to be a specialty of the Japanese performance, but this is actually the world premiere on this second day in Osaka. The audience who did not anticipate the performance unlike the current common sense is a scream of screams just by Freddie calling the song title. To tell the truth, when Freddie told "take hands ...", screams exploded and it is a tremendous response that "I can not hear" well. And, it is a big big chorus that rises with rust, yet it is a beautiful big chorus. After that, it is a masterpiece that will draw highlights of the Japanese performance many times, but the wonderful since its first one, the surprise and pleasure is so much brilliant because it is the first time. When I think, "Queen's revisit that did not come true despite being desperate for two years after" A DAY AT THE RACE "was released. It is a superb take that symbolizes that delight.
QUEEN fever in Japan that has been steadily expanding since the legendary first visit to Japan. It is the decision board which can experience the 1979 Osaka performance which it came to the top for the entire two days, it is also a superb sound that updates the past highest. Japan and QUEEN are special. It is a historical famous masterpiece that seems to be what it is just like today. It is reprinted here with permanent preservation press 4CD.
