From the great concert at Hammersmith Odeon in London on December
26th. 1979.
This was a part of the
'Concert for the people of Kampuchea', which included 3 days of
concerts by various artist's. Queen performed the first day.
The
hole concert was professional filmed and recorded, but an official
release has so far been missed.
I don't have this bootleg, so
I'm not sure which sources has been used. A 'raw' convention video
has been out for a while on DVD's, and a near hour television
broadcast from 1980 'Queen Special', has also been bootlegged on
DVD. Must be those which has been used I guess. I don't know of
other sources. All in all, this looks like a ok bootleg. At least
until we get a proper official release.
The Tokyo concert comes
from a Japanese television broadcast.
A officially 'Kampuchea
live
' 2LP was
released in March 1981, but Queen only appear with one song "Now I'm
Here". |
