Comments: |
The first Queen bootleg out on the
marked. Released in February 1975. This recording has over the
years been listed as a BBC 'In Concert' recording ,but that's not true. The concert
was recorded by Trident/EMI for a possible (officially) live LP. For
some reason this was cancelled, and the tape has found the way out
on the bootleg market and ended quickly out on vinyl.
'Ballroom
Blitz' by Sweet follows 'Liar'. Taken from their (Sweet) officially
album. I have been told there is a special reason why the bootlegger
choice this track, but I don't know the reason.
Some tracks on
this bootleg, has been broadcasted on various radio stations. At
least in US.
In 2014 Queen production released
officially this concert complete, and the Rainbow concert in November 74 on
2CD and 2LP (parts) and on 4 LP box set, aswell in a deluxe cd box set
with book & DVD of the Nov gig included. A fantastic production,
which all serious Queen fans MUST get. Title is 'Live At The Rainbow'.
Side 1 & 2 on the officially 2lp, is the same as this release. So the tracks on
this bootleg vinyl LP, IS the same which was planed released back in
74. The DVD (and Blue-Ray) included 2 tracks from this March gig. |
